Welcome to unGlue, Inc. (“ Company”, “ we”, “ us” and/or “ our”). We have prepared this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, protect and disclose information and data when you, visitors or other users use the Company website (" Site") and Company services, including any software, hardware, mobile applications, or other services offered by Company from time to time (collectively, " Services").   " You" or “ your” refers to you as a creator of an account with the Company (“ Account”).   A “ user” refers to anyone who uses the Services, including you and any user associated with a Sub-Account (as defined below). A “ visitor” refers to anyone that accesses or uses the Site.   “Personal Information” means data that, by itself, allows someone to identify or contact you as an individual, including, for example, your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address, as well as any other non-public information about you that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing data.   “Anonymous Information” means data that does not, by itself, permit the identification of individual persons and that is not associated with or linked to Personal Information. 



The Company provides a service that allows you to monitor and control access to websites, online services and other content accessible from computers and devices you control that you make available to your children or other authorized users.

Information We Collect

Personal Information

When you create an Account, we collect your first and last name, e-mail address, and password. 

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will collect your e-mail address.

When you create a sub-account for an individual (e.g. your child) (“ Sub-Account Holder”) under your Account (“ Sub-Account”), we collect any Personal Information about the Sub-Account Holder that you provide to us, including the Sub-Account Holder’s first name, photo, gender, and date of birth.   Providing such Personal Information is optional. However, if you choose not to provide the requested information, certain features of the Services may not be functional.

When you place an order for our Services directly with us on our Site, we collect your credit or debit card information. If you order hardware, we will also collect your shipping information.   We use the payment services of Stripe for online payments and/or Automated Clearing House (ACH) payouts.   We do not process, record or maintain your credit card or bank account information.   For more information on how payments are handled, or to understand the data security and privacy afforded such information, please refer to

We also collect your Personal Information from our Service Providers (as defined below), to the extent we need such Personal Information to respond to your requests or to provide you with the Services.

We also collect Personal Information at other points within our Site and Services where we expressly state that Personal Information is being collected.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information regarding visitors to our Site and users of the Services (" Usage Data")   to enable us to provide the Services and help us better understand our customers’ needs and improve our Services. Specifically, our servers (which may be hosted by a third-party service provider) may automatically collect information from any computer or device used to access our Services, including but not limited to:

The date and time of your visit and the web pages and content you view and links you click on while navigating within our Services;

The site you visited before and after visiting our Site;

The type of Internet browser used;

Your Internet Protocol (IP) address (a numerical address assigned to your computer by your Internet service provider so that other computers connected to the Internet can communicate with your browser online) that can sometimes be used to derive your general geographic area;

Unique identifiers, including non-global mobile device identification numbers;

Information about your computer or device such as your device type, screen size, language and other settings, memory capacity, plug-ins, Internet domain, operating system, carrier code, and time zone; and

Information collected through cookies, web beacons, and analytics services (see below for further descriptions of these terms.


Cookies and Web Beacons

We use cookies (a small text file placed on the computers of visitors to our Site).   We may also use Web beacons (a file placed on a website that monitors usage).   We (and/or service providers acting on our behalf) use cookies and Web beacons to improve the experience of the Site and Services.   We also use cookies and Web beacons to collect Usage Data and Sub-Account Activity Data.

Do Not Track

At this time, Company does not recognize automated browser signals regarding tracking, including “do-not-track” signals.

Analytics Services

We use third-party analytics services (“ Analytics Services”), including Google Analytics, to help analyze how users use our Services.   The information generated by the Cookies or other technologies about your use of our Services (the “ Analytics Information”) is transmitted to the Analytics Services. The Analytics Services use Analytics Information to compile reports on user activity. The Analytics Services may also transfer the Analytics Information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process Analytics Information on their behalf. Each Analytics Service’s ability to use and share Analytics Information is restricted by such Analytics Service’s terms of use and privacy policy.   By using our Site, you consent to the processing of data about you by Analytics Services in the manner and for the purposes set out above. Sub-Account Activity Data

If you use our Services to create Sub-Accounts, we will collect the following data regarding Sub-Account Holders in accordance with your instructions (“ Sub-Account Activity Data”):

The domain names and names of the websites, apps or other online services and destinations visited or accessed by the Sub-Account Holder.

The amount of data transferred by websites the Sub-Account Holder visits and applications the Sub-Account Holder uses.

The time and duration of the Sub-Account Holder’s use of websites, apps, or other online services or destinations.

The content of websites, apps, or other online services or destinations (or attempted destinations) accessed by Sub-Account Holders.

We track Sub-Account Activity Data across all computers and devices that you connect to the Services and link to a Sub-Account.

We use Sub-Account Activity Data to permit you to (i) monitor the Sub-Account Holder’s history of website browsing, use of applications, use of online services, and other similar computer and device activity and (ii) place controls on the Sub-Account Holder’s activities (e.g., limit the access times and duration of the Sub-Account Holder’s use of an online service or block certain online content).   If you elect to enable the Sub-Account Holder’s access to his or her own Sub-Account Activity Data, the Sub-Account Holder will also be able to view such information.

How We Use Information

We may use Personal Information to respond to inquiries and requests that you make and improve our Site and Services.   We and our authorized service providers may also use your Personal Information in various ways, including to: 

facilitate the creation of and secure Accounts and Sub-Accounts on our network;

identify users in our system;

fulfill your orders;

provide our Services to you (and at your election, Sub-Account Holders);

provide improved administration of our Site and Services;

measure and analyze audience traffic and improve the quality of your experience when you interact with our Site and Services;

send welcome e-mails to verify ownership of the e-mail address provided when you create an Account;

send you administrative e-mail notifications, such as security, or support and maintenance advisories;

display and/or send surveys, newsletters, and other promotional materials to you;

prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities, comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms and Conditions; and

for any other purposes disclosed to you at the time we collect your information or pursuant to

your consent.


Anonymous Data

We may aggregate Personal Information, including without limitation Sub-Account Activity Data, in order to create Anonymous Information.   We reserve the right to use Anonymous Information, as well as aggregated Usage Data for any purpose and disclose such information to third parties in our sole discretion. For example, we may use and share aggregated Usage Data with third parties for various purposes such as to help us analyze and better understand our customers’ needs and to improve our Services. 

Service Providers

From time to time, we may establish a business relationship with other businesses that we believe to be trustworthy and have privacy practices consistent with ours (" Service Providers").   For example, we may contract with Service Providers to provide certain services, such as hosting and maintenance, data storage and management, shipment of products, and marketing and promotions.   We only provide our Service Providers with the information necessary for them to perform these services on our behalf.   Each Service Provider must agree to use reasonable security procedures and practices, appropriate to the nature of the information involved, in order to protect your Personal Information and Sub-Account Activity Data, from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. 


We may work with third-party advertisers, search providers, and ad networks (" Advertisers").   These companies may collect and use information about our visitors’ use of the Site in order to provide advertisements about goods and services that may be of interest.   Advertisements may be shown via the Site or third-party websites and online services.   These companies may place or recognize a unique cookie on your computer or use other technologies such as Web beacons.   Our Privacy Policy does not cover any Advertiser’s use of information they may collect from you on our Site.   For clarity, we do not authorize Advertisers to collect Personal Information from our Services, including without limitation, any Sub-Account Activity Data or other information from Sub-Account Holders.

Corporate Restructuring

We may share some or all of the Personal Information and other information we have collected in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition or dissolution transaction or proceeding involving the sale, transfer, or divestiture of all or a portion of our business or assets.   In the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, Personal Information may also be transferred as a business asset. If another company acquires our company, business, or assets, that company will possess the Personal Information collected by us and will assume the rights and obligations regarding Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy. 

Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement

Regardless of any choices you make regarding Personal Information (as described below), Company may disclose Personal Information if it believes in good faith that such disclosure is appropriate (a) in connection with any legal investigation or proceeding; (b) to comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or other forms of compulsory process served on Company; (c) to protect or defend the safety, rights or property of Company, its affiliates or its users; and/or (d) to investigate or assist in preventing any violation or potential violation of the law, this Privacy Policy, or our Terms and Conditions.


We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of Personal Information and other information transmitted to us.   However, no data transmission over the Internet or other network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.   As a result, while we strive to protect information transmitted on or through the Site or Services, we cannot and do not guarantee the security of any information you or any other visitors or users transmit on or through the Site or Services, and you and such visitors or users do so at your own risk.


Our Site may contain links to other websites and online services.   Company is not responsible or liable for any damage or loss related to your use of any third-party website or online service.   You should always read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of a third-party website or online service before using it.

Children's Online Privacy: A Note to Parents

We do not permit children under the age of 13 or other legal minors to register Accounts for our Services and we do not knowingly allow children to provide us with their names or other Personal Information (as defined in this Privacy Policy) online.   Instead, we intentionally collect such information about children only from their adult parents or guardians who purchase our Services to help them monitor and limit their children’s access to websites, apps and other online content and services while using computers or devices under the parent’s or guardian’s direct control.   If you are a parent or legal guardian of a child and use our Services to monitor and control your child’s access to online content and services, we will collect any Personal Information about your child that you provide when you create or edit your child’s Sub-Account.   After you have created a Sub-Account for your child and connected the computers and devices you allow your child to use to our Services, we will collect Usage Data and Sub-Account Activity Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This information includes IP addresses, device IDs, and other persistent identifiers that are regulated as personal information under the Federal Trade Commission’s Children’s Online Privacy and Protection Act Rules.   We use such persistent identifiers to support the internal operations of our Services – i.e., to monitor and control your child’s access to online content, services and destinations according to your instructions and provide related reporting to you and, if you have enabled your child’s access to his or her own Sub-Account Activity Data, to your child.   We do not currently offer any public areas in our Services designed to allow children to share Personal Information with other users.   We will not require your child Sub-Account users to disclose more information than is reasonably necessary for them to participate in activities offered through our Services or to provide our Services to you.   Your options for reviewing, modifying, and deleting any Personal Information about you or your children are set forth in the section entitled “Managing Information Preferences.” You may also refuse to allow any further collection or use of your child’s information by deleting your child’s Sub-Account, uninstalling our software and applications from your computers and devices, and e-mailing us at [email protected]

Processing in the United States 

Personal Information collected through our Services may be processed in the country in which it was collected and in other countries, including the United States, where laws regarding the processing of Personal Information may be less protective than the laws in your country.   By using our Services, our users and visitors consent to such processing and transfer.

Managing Your Information Preferences

We offer our users and visitors several choices regarding their Personal Information:

Changing or Deleting Personal Information.   You can always review, correct, delete or update Personal Information, including any Personal Information stored in Sub-Accounts, by changing the relevant settings in your Account.   Users can opt out of receiving certain emails by changing notification settings on the Site or in our Services, clicking the unsubscribe link provided in an email, or by emailing us at [email protected] 

Cookies.   Users who no longer wish to accept cookies for any of the purposes described above can instruct their browser, by changing its settings, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt them before accepting a cookie from the websites they visit. Consult your browser’s technical information. Users who do not accept cookies, however, may not be able to use all features of the Site or Services.   For further information about how to disable or modify cookies, please let us know at the contact information provided above.

Analytics Services. 

You may prevent your data from being collected and used by Google Analytics by opting out through the use of the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on available at .

You may opt-out of MixPanel’s automatic retention of data collected by visiting

If you get a new computer, install a new browser, erase, or otherwise alter your browser’s cookie file (including upgrading certain browsers), you may clear opt-out cookies.

Email Communications.   We may periodically send you free newsletters and e-mails that directly promote the use of our Site or Services.   When you receive newsletters or promotional communications from us, you may indicate a preference to stop receiving further communications from us and you will have the opportunity to “opt-out” by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the e-mail you receive or by contacting us directly (please see contact information above).   Despite your indicated preferences for commercial e-mail messages, we may continue to send you account or service-related communications, including notices of any updates to our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy. We do not send newsletters or e-mails to Sub-Account Holders.   If a Sub-Account Holder receives a newsletter or e-mail from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in the e-mail or contact us at the contact information provided above so that we can delete the Sub-Account Holder from our mailing list.

Privacy Policy Changes

From time to time, we may change this Privacy Policy.   If we change this Privacy Policy, we will post the updated Privacy Policy on the Site.   Those changes will go into effect on the effective date shown in the updated Privacy Policy.   Continuing to use the Site or Services shall constitute consent to the updated Privacy Policy.
