Information We Collect
When you create an Account, we collect your first and last name, e-mail address, and password.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will collect your e-mail address.
When you create a sub-account for an individual (e.g. your child) (“Sub-Account Holder”) under your Account (“Sub-Account”), we collect any Personal Information about the Sub-Account Holder that you provide to us, including the Sub-Account Holder’s first name, photo, gender, and date of birth. Providing such Personal Information is optional. However, if you choose not to provide the requested information, certain features of the Services may not be functional.
When you place an order for our Services directly with us on our Site, we collect your credit or debit card information. If you order hardware, we will also collect your shipping information. We use the payment services of Stripe https://stripe.com) for online payments and/or Automated Clearing House (ACH) payouts. We do not process, record or maintain your credit card or bank account information. We also collect your Personal Information from our Service Providers (as defined below), to the extent we need such Personal Information to respond to your requests or to provide you with the Services.

Sub-Account Activity Data
If you use our Services to create Sub-Accounts, we will collect the following data regarding Sub-Account Holders in accordance with your instructions (“Sub-Account Activity Data”):
The domain names and names of the websites, apps or other online services and destinations visited or accessed by the Sub-Account Holder.
The amount of data transferred by websites the Sub-Account Holder visits and applications the Sub-Account Holder uses.
The time and duration of the Sub-Account Holder’s use of websites, apps, or other online services or destinations.
The content of websites, apps, or other online services or destinations (or attempted destinations) accessed by Sub-Account Holders.
We track Sub-Account Activity Data across all computers and devices that you connect to the Services and link to a Sub-Account.
We use Sub-Account Activity Data to permit you to (i) monitor the Sub-Account Holder’s history of website browsing, use of applications, use of online services, and other similar computer and device activity and (ii) place controls on the Sub-Account Holder’s activities (e.g., limit the access times and duration of the Sub-Account Holder’s use of an online service or block certain online content). If you elect to enable the Sub-Account Holder’s access to his or her own Sub-Account Activity Data, the Sub-Account Holder will also be able to view such information.
How We Use Information
We may use Personal Information to respond to inquiries and requests that you make and improve our Site and Services. We and our authorized service providers may also use your Personal Information in various ways, including to:
facilitate the creation of and secure Accounts and Sub-Accounts on our network;
identify users in our system;
